SAMANTHA MILLER, SSgt
My name is Technical Sargent Samantha Miller and I am the recruiter in Roy Utah. I joined the Air Force in 2013 as Traffic Management Operations Specialist. My first duty assignment was to Moody AFB in Georgia. While at Moody AFB I not only was able to experience two deployments, but I also had the opportunity to become a supervisor and section lead in various Traffic Management Sections. I met my husband at Moody AFB, he is an air craft mechanic and has had the opportunity to work on jets like the A-10, F-35 and C-130J. Between my husband and myself we have been to over 25 different countries, we absolutely love this lifestyle. I enjoy John Wayne movies and being outside and just hanging out with friends. I love recruiting as I believe the opportunities that the air force has to offer are endless. The air force has changed my life in a way I never thought possible. It has given me a great career, free education, a family and confidence. I whole heartedly believe in the opportunity that I am providing to people. I know what the Air Force has done for me and I love being able to give that same opportunity to others.
Martinez Gomez, Tsgt

I am originally from Guam and I am very excited to be in Utah. I enjoy everything Utah has to offer which include; wake boarding, snowboarding, hiking, camping, and visiting the many national/state parks. Prior to becoming a recruiter I worked as a Weapons Armament Technician (Load toad). I have been to 4 deployments, 15 countries, and 12 states within the USA; my favorite countries outside the USA are Norway, Iceland, and South Korea. I have been in the Air Force since 2007 and enjoy everything it has provided me. I have been able to travel, meet new people, and gain experiences I would have never had if it wasn't for the Air Force. I enjoy recruiting because it provides me the opportunity to help people gain what I have enjoyed. The Air Force has taught me that we are more than a military branch of service, we are an Air Force family.
